so i went outside and some guy took off, and i look under my truck and iam missing two nuts off of one u bolt and one nut off another, and a craftsman socket stuck to another nut, wtf why would anyone want my nuts??? i mean u bolts and nuts.

Sounds more like he was starting a job, or he was plotting a problem for you. Glad you were there and caught him.

U-bolts are deffinately not expensive!! Something smells fishy, sounds like they were after the axle, but no jackstands under the rig make it confusing. Do you have any enemies?
