Want to know what the fucked up part of the copper sticker bill is? The Azohvc group is the major player in bringing this to Arizona. There was a meeting in Tucson with the game and fish and they stood there and denied there being a plan to use the money for ohv betterment only law enforcement. So these meetings are very important to see what the hell the game and fish are up to.
I think the public needs educated on the seriousness of this. The Azohvc doesn't have anything setup for release yet.
