Just don't bend the pushrods as you reinstall everything. The 24 hour Cummins dealer is a long way away from Prescott.

Marv- No heater core on this go-round- gotta enough on my plate. The fuel delivery system is more robust than the motors with the wrong number of valves I will be replacing the rubber fuel lines near the motor however (common issue), since the head is out they're easy to get to. Kyle- Not shitty, just typical, been waiting for it to happen- it's pretty common to leak coolant external up front. Gotta fix it now with the better gaskets in use today. To answer your question- 170K Miles. Boost is wastegated to dump between 30-35 psi, depending on elevation. Harley- No kidding- One thing I'll be damn sure of is the rods are seated in the center of the lifter. That would bring the suck to bend several of those. I'm also putting in 60 lb exh. springs, replacing the fuel lines, and demo-ing that stupid fuel heater. If you think of anything else, lemme know. I think I wore out the search button on TDR
